BT sucks dongles

Post by Huskymomma on Fri Jun 03, 2011 8:06 pm

BT sucks dongles!!! Suspect

They are rubbish. We ordered out broadband and phoneline 3 weeks ago. The Hub arrived yesterday and the engineer............................... DIDNT!!!!

When I phoned this morning I got told it was because there is works being done on the lines in our area and it won't be able to be done until the 13th of June!!!!!

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAGGGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!

Bloomin Morons, why on earth did they book it for that date if it wasnt going to be done? Question

So I kicked up a stink and I'm getting a free pre-paid dongle. Thats not the point though is it? I ordered and probably paid for broadband and phoneline and I've not effin got it!!!!!!!!!

are the BT Routers difficult to setup?

When I got my Sky on is was really easy, just had to plug it into the phone line with an adapter and plug in the power cable, then they just had to activate it at there end.
